My computer is sick now.  Well, not right now, obviously, because I'm using it; but it crashed the other morning.  No warning, no explanation....just BOOM!, black screen of death.  I've managed to get it running to a degree, but it's still not right.  What causes this, I wonder?  Viruses? Overload?  Things that go bump in the night?  Since it's getting close to Halloween, maybe there's a ghost in my machine!

 

Too bad, too, since of course I have tons of thought-provoking questions and insights to share.....which I will do, as soon as I get my machine working correctly.  I love my computer almost as much as my dogs....

 

So, a moment of silence for my machine, please.  Because if I can't get it fixed, maybe I can at least give it a decent burial!
